Arie Vardi was born in Chile and studied graphic design in Jerusalem. He now lives in the Perthshire countryside, where he practices his passion for landscape painting. He feels a deep connection with the Scottish countryside, particularily Perthshire and the West coast of Scotland. His aim when painting is to capture the mood, drama and beauty of the ever changing Scottish landscape.
